Natalie is always one of the first out of the coop Natalie is always one of the first out of the coop in the morning to greet me. Then she follows me around as I do my chores bawking at me for mealworms. But once I’m gone she spends most of the day hanging out in the alpaca stall making a huge mess of the straw and laying her gorgeous dark brown eggs in there #chickens #egghunteveryday #chickensofinstagram #blackcoppermaran #farmlife #backyardfarmer #suburbanfarmer

With a population of 30,000 most would not think o With a population of 30,000 most would not think of Falmouth as “small town”, but when you move into a new house and you know two people connected to it (one that boarded horses here and one that lived here as a teenager) it makes you rethink that. There is an old farm calendar in one of my barn stalls, maybe 10 years old? @aimeelothrozum looks like you are up for hay duty tomorrow, we expect you bright and early!

Indigo is definitely my favorite natural soap colo Indigo is definitely my favorite natural soap colorant - use a little and get a dreamy blue/green/grey, use more and you get a moody deep blue. Love it! #soapmaking #soap #coldprocesssoap #naturalindigo #naturalsoap #soaplife #dowhatyoulove #madeoncapecod #handmade
